ReferWale is a job referral facilitation platform designed to improve hiring outcomes through internal referrals. Job seekers submit their resume and target job details, which are reviewed and securely routed to a verified referrer for submission via that company’s internal system.
Note: Referrer identity is not disclosed to the job seeker. However, referrers will have access to basic information about the job seeker in order to complete the referral. No direct contact between the two parties is facilitated or permitted unless otherwise arranged by ReferWale.

To use ReferWale, you must be of valid working age as per Government of India regulations and legally allowed to apply for jobs within your jurisdiction.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during signup may lead to permanent suspension from the platform.

3. Referral Workflow

3.1. Job seekers fill out the request form and upload their resume and job role details.
3.2. Our internal team verifies the request and assigns a suitable referrer.
3.3. A referral is initiated internally via the company’s official employee referral channel.

4.1. A flat service fee (e.g., ₹999 per request ) is charged at the time of submission.
4.2. The payment covers end-to-end referral management, including pre-screening and matching.
4.3 Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. ReferWale does not store card or payment credentials.
